The notes published here are for Geography and comprise the chapter Transport. They are concise, easy-to-read, and provided in a point-wise manner. The content of the notes has been compiled by reader Aryaman, whom we would like to thank for his contribution! 🙂
Aryaman’s notes summarize the key points of the following topics as per the ICSE 2020 syllabus:
- Advantages and Disadvantages of Roadways
- Advantages and Disadvantages of Railways
- Advantages and Disadvantages of Airways
- Advantages and Disadvantages of Waterways
- Solved Question on the Importance of Transport
- Solved Give Reason Questions based on the chapter
Everything in his notes has been given in the form of bullet points, which will help you revise the advantages and disadvantages of the given transport systems. Having to remember subheadings in all topics of all subjects can get a bit confusing sometimes. This set of notes may, therefore, especially prove helpful in last-minute revision right before a test or exam, so that you can recall all points at once.
Here is Aryaman’s accompanying message:
Hi! I have compiled these notes myself using various textbooks and the analysis of pupil performance given by ICSE according to what they will accept. It is strictly according to the ICSE 2020 syllabus onwards. It covers everything in detail and is precise.
